If the object image is not in the centre of the field of view, move the slide specimen up and down, left and right (Note: the direction of movement of the slide is opposite to the direction of movement of the observed object image). If the distance between the lens and the specimen slice has exceeded the working distance when adjusting the focal length and the object image is not seen, then it should be reopened strictly according to the above steps.
